At InSight Vision Therapy, our mission is to develop and improve our patients’ lifelong visual function. Our doctor provides thorough binocular vision and visual-perceptual evaluations in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Our office gladly co-manages with other eye doctors and therapists in the Rogue Valley, and we will work together to take the best care of our patients. Amblyopia is a reduction in overall vision due to anisometropia, strabismus, high refractive error or cataracts in early childhood. In most cases, the patient has one eye with reduced vision, thus giving the colloquial “lazy” title. Traditional treatment of amblyopia involves patching the better-seeing eye.
